Miracle League

 

 The Miracle League of the Lehigh Valley was founded in 2006, dedicated to providing children with special needs and other developmental disabilities an opportunity to play baseball. Starts in May 2012

 

Horseback Riding: Equi-librium

The mission of Equi-librium is to empower individuals with special needs to reach their highest potential through horse-related activities.

 

Lehigh Valley TOPSoccer Club

Lehigh Valley TOPSoccer Club was founded by the parent of a child with special needs who felt that the existing soccer programs did not even come close to meeting the needs of aspiring players with special needs.

The players in the TOPSoccer program come from all school districts in the Lehigh Valley. We have a team of dedicated coaches who offer a fun program of soccer to the children.

 

Skiing (Adaptive)
Blue Mountain Adaptive Skiing Program

Blue Mountain Ski Area, Palmerton, PA is pleased to announce our third season of offering ski lessons for people with special needs, such as visual impairments,
autism spectrum disorder, or other developmental delays.
Each session ($95) includes 90 minutes of on snow instruction with a personal, qualified ski instructor guide. Special Olympics Northampton County

Special Olympics was created by the Joseph P. Kennedy Foundation as an international non-profit organization to provide competitive sports experiences for people with intellectual disabilities. It was founded by the late Eunice Kennedy Shriver in 1968.

Sports for Special Kids

A year-round series of non-competitive athletic activities designed for children with special needs, basketball, bowling, soccer and softball. Family oriented movie nights.

 

Tennis for Kids with Autism


The Tennis program program will run on Sundays from 4 PM to 5 PM at Lewis Tennis Center, Lehigh University. There is no cost for these tennis lessons. Interested parties may write to Akshay at akdamany@aol.com to set up an individual initial lesson.
